Operating Procedures and Safety Instructions
Every customer and participant is REQUIRED to read, understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Do not remove the inflatable from the area where it was installed. If the inflatable unit moves, pull it by one of its corners back to its original location of installation. Check to make sure that the ground stakes located on all four corners of the inflatable are securely in the ground. If for any reason it has to be moved, contact us and we will return. Do not allow people near the blower unit or extension cord.

  2. As the lessee of the inflatable, the safety of all users of the inflatable is your responsibility. Adult supervision is required at all times. The adult must enforce the posted rules listed here and on each inflatable. The adult should be positioned in close proximity to the entrance of the inflatable. The adult should assist people while they enter and exit the inflatable.

  3. Every person must remove their footwear (shoes, boots, sandals, flipflops, etc.) before being allowed inside the inflatable. You can go inside barefooted or with socks on.

  4. Every person should remove all pointy, sharp or loose objects off their body or clothing (eyeglasses, cellphones, jewelry, belts and things inside their pockets).

  5. No food or drink is allowed in the inflatable including chewing gum and candy. No use of piñatas within, on or near the inflatable.

  6. No silly string is allowed anywhere near, on or in the inflatable. Silly string will permanently damage the unit. You will be held responsible for repair or replacement of the inflatable.

  7. No use of fire or any heated items in or within 75 feet of the inflatable. This includes firepits, barbeques, other cooking surfaces, outdoor heaters and fireworks. You will be held responsible for repair or replacement of the inflatable.

  8. Do not allow the inflatable to rub up against any surface. There should be walking distance around the entire inflatable for supervision and/or inspection of unit. You will be held responsible for repair or replacement of the inflatable.

  9. Never place a water hose in, on or near the inflatable. If the inflatable should become wet, have an adult wipe down unit before people are allowed to enter or use inflatable. Keep inflatable away from all water sources - swimming pools, ponds, lakes, etc.

  10. Do not allow anyone to stand or bounce on the entrance ramp of inflatable. They will get hurt. Kneel on the entrance ramp to get inside inflatable and slide out feet first to get out of inflatable. Never slide out head first. Only one person at a time should be on the entrance ramp to enter or exit.

  11. If the inflatable has a slide, sliding should only be done feet first. People should not slide down head first. No rolling, flipping or tumbling down the slide. No one should walk up the sliding area. Only one person at a time should slide down the sliding area. Only one person at a time should climb up the stairs.

  12. Recommended capacity should never be exceeded. Please refer to the capacity chart posted near the entrance of each inflatable. The following are general guidelines for use of a 15'x15' sized inflatable: Ages up to 7 years old - 8 people at a time. Ages 8-12 years of age - 6 people at a time. Anyone above 13 years of age -  4 people at a time. Only people of the same age group or similar physical stature should be allowed in the inflatable at the same time.

  13. No rough playing (wrestling, piling, shoving, pushing, etc.) should be tolerated. Doing flips, cartwheels or handstands is strictly prohibited. Do not allow people to play, climb or hang on to the inside or outside of netting or walls. Do not jump up and hang from the inside roof of inflatable. Do not climb on the inflatable roof.

  14. Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable unit at any time.

  15. No drugs or alcohol are to be used in, near or around the inflatable. No one using or under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed in, near or around the inflatable for any reason at any time.

  16. The weight of the people inside the inflatable should be evenly distributed throughout the bouncing area. Do not allow the people to stand, bounce or charge to only one side of the inflatable as it could tip over.

Bad Weather - Do not operate in inclement (bad) weather (rain, thunder, lightning, wind gust, wind exceeding 15 mph, etc). People should immediately exit the inflatable. Turn the power off to the inflatable (flip switch down or unplug), allow it to deflate, and not use the inflatable until the inclement (bad) weather ends.

Deflation of Unit / Loss of Power - In case the inflatable begins to deflate while people are inside, don't panic. Do the following: First, have all the people exit the inflatable immediately. If they can't make it to the exit, have them sit down inside the inflatable until it completely deflates then have them crawl out. Next, if the motor has stopped, make sure that it has not been unplugged. If the motor is still running, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check blower tubes on the inflatable unit to make sure that they are tightly tied off. Never allow people in or on a partially inflated unit.
