OPERATING RULES & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The following Operating Rules and Safety Requirements are mandatory. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all participants, guests, and spectators comply at all times. Failure to follow these rules constitutes misuse of the equipment and is grounds for immediate termination of use without refund.
1. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

Adult supervision is required at all times.
-
The supervising adult must:
-
Remain near the entrance of the inflatable;
-
Control access and participant behavior;
-
Assist participants with entering and exiting safely; and
-
Enforce all posted and contractual rules.
-

The supervising adult accepts full responsibility for participant safety.
2. LOCATION, MOVEMENT & ANCHORING
-
Equipment must not be removed, relocated, or repositioned from the original setup location.
-
If the inflatable shifts, it may only be gently repositioned by pulling from a corner.
-
Ground stakes and anchoring points must remain secure at all times.
-
If equipment requires relocation or re-anchoring, Customer must contact Company. Unauthorized movement is prohibited.
-
No persons are permitted near the blower, motor, or extension cords.
3. ENTRY, EXIT & GENERAL CONDUCT
-
Shoes, boots, sandals, and flip-flops must be removed before entering.
-
Participants must remove:
-
Glasses
-
Jewelry
-
Belts
-
Cell phones
-
Loose or sharp objects
-
Items in pockets
-
-
No rough play, including:
-
Wrestling
-
Pushing or shoving
-
Piling or tackling
-
-
Flips, cartwheels, handstands, or tumbling are strictly prohibited.
-
Participants may not climb, hang from, or pull on:
-
Netting
-
Walls
-
Roof
-
Exterior surfaces
-
4. FOOD, DRINK & PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
-
No food or drinks are permitted inside the inflatable, including gum and candy.
-
Piñatas are prohibited in, on, or near the inflatable.
-
Silly string is strictly prohibited anywhere near the equipment.
Use of silly string will result in full repair or replacement charges. -
No drugs or alcohol are permitted in, near, or around the inflatable.
-
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from using or supervising the equipment.
5. FIRE, HEAT & WATER RESTRICTIONS
-
No open flames or heat sources are permitted within 75 feet of the inflatable, including:
-
Fire pits
-
Grills
-
Barbecues
-
Outdoor heaters
-
Fireworks
-
-
Water hoses must never be placed in, on, or near the inflatable.
-
Keep equipment away from pools, lakes, ponds, sprinklers, or standing water.
-
If the inflatable becomes wet:
-
All participants must exit;
-
An adult must wipe it dry before reuse.
-
6. SLIDES & ENTRANCE RAMPS
-
Entrance ramps:
-
No standing or bouncing on ramps;
-
Kneel to enter;
-
Exit feet-first only;
-
Never exit head-first;
-
Only one person at a time on the ramp.
-
-
Slides (if applicable):
-
Slide feet first only;
-
No head-first sliding;
-
No walking up the slide surface;
-
One person at a time on slides and stairs.
-
7. CAPACITY, AGE & WEIGHT LIMITS
-
Manufacturer capacity limits must never be exceeded.
-
Capacity charts posted on each unit must be followed.
-
General guideline for a 15’ x 15’ inflatable:
-
Ages 7 and under: 8 participants
-
Ages 8–12: 6 participants
-
Ages 13 and older: 4 participants
-
-
Only participants of similar age, size, and physical ability may use the inflatable at the same time.
-
Weight must be evenly distributed at all times.
8. PARTICIPANT RESTRICTIONS
The following individuals are not permitted to use the inflatable:
-
Pregnant individuals
-
Individuals with pre-existing injuries
-
Individuals with conditions that may be aggravated by bouncing, falls, or collisions
9. WEATHER CONDITIONS
-
Do not operate in inclement weather, including:
-
Rain
-
Thunder or lightning
-
High winds or gusts
-
Sustained winds exceeding 15 mph
-
-
If weather conditions arise:
-
All participants must exit immediately;
-
Power must be turned off;
-
Equipment must remain unused until conditions are safe.

10. LOSS OF POWER / DEFLATION PROCEDURE
If the inflatable begins to deflate:
-
Remain calm.
-
Instruct all participants to exit immediately.
-
If exit is not possible, have participants sit or kneel until fully deflated, then crawl out.
-
Check:
-
Power connection;
-
Blower motor operation;
-
Air intake for blockages;
-
Blower tubes for secure ties.
-
-
Never allow use of a partially inflated unit.
11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customer acknowledges that:
-
Violation of any operating rule constitutes misuse;
-
Customer is financially responsible for all resulting injuries, damages, or losses; and
-
Failure to follow these rules voids any Company responsibility for resulting harm.
