Donation & Sponsorship Request Submission Policy

Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals is proud to support local family-focused, child-centered, and pet-oriented organizations and causes when possible. To ensure fairness and proper review, all donation and sponsorship requests must comply with the following policy:

Eligibility

Requests must come from recognized organizations, schools, nonprofits, community groups, or registered rescues.
Individual or personal requests are generally not considered unless tied to a verified community event or cause but we have made exceptions at our discretion depending on the situation.
Priority may be given to organizations that serve families, children, schools, youth programs, or animal welfare.

Submission Requirements

All requests must be submitted in writing and include the following:

Organization name and contact information
Description of the event or cause
Date, location, and expected attendance
Type of donation or sponsorship requested
Proof of nonprofit or organizational status, if applicable
Incomplete requests may not be reviewed.

Lead Time

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Requests submitted with less than 30 days’ notice may not be considered due to scheduling and inventory availability.

Review & Notification

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Approved requests will be contacted directly. Due to request volume, we may be unable to respond to every submission.

Limitations

Approved donations or sponsorships are subject to availability and may be limited in value, duration, or type of support provided.
Donations and sponsorships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals reserves the right to place reasonable branding or acknowledgment requirements on sponsored events.

Additional Terms

Donated or sponsored services are subject to the same safety, weather, and operational policies as standard rentals unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals reserves the right to withdraw or modify support if event details change materially.

Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals receives a high volume of donation and sponsorship requests from community organizations, schools, nonprofits, and individuals. While we are proud to support local family-focused, child-centered, and pet-oriented charities, organizations and causes when possible, we are unable to accommodate every request.

All donations and sponsorships are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to availability, scheduling, and business considerations. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals reserves the right to approve or decline any request without obligation to provide an explanation.

Approved donations or sponsorships may be limited in scope, value, date, or type of support provided. Donations and sponsorships are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.

Kiddie Jumps Party Rentals does not accept responsibility for event cancellations, weather-related issues, or circumstances beyond our control related to donated or sponsored services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
